Mostly a great experience
We love our new lanai enclosure on the pool deck. The cleanup could have been a little more thorough, but nothing serious. In the grand scheme, though, we're very satisfied with what we got. The UV protection alone has been worth the investment.

The aluminum patio roof was installed this spring. Quality seems decent. the project manager changed partway through, which caused some confusion. Overall an average experience. Even our dog spends more time on the patio now that there's shade.
