Very satisfied overall
Good experience with our shade sail installation. The crew was professional and the quality is excellent. One of the mounting brackets needed tightening after a week, but a quick call fixed it. It cut the glare coming through our sliding doors by at least half. Would still recommend them.

We expected a bit more polish with our patio cover installation. the scheduling process was confusing and we weren't always sure when to expect them. The product itself works fine, just wish the service matched. Summer afternoons are actually enjoyable now instead of unbearable.
