Acceptable but not great
The retractable awning was installed this past summer. Quality seems decent. the scheduling process was confusing and we weren't always sure when to expect them. Overall an average experience. We eat dinner outside almost every night now, which we never did before.

What impressed me most was their communication throughout the process. They kept us informed every step of the way. They had everything done before lunch. The lanai enclosure is beautiful and works perfectly. Summer afternoons are actually enjoyable now instead of unbearable.
