Ten-year warranty on materials and workmanship. Five-year warranty on electronically sealed seams. Five-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on fabric. (PRO RATED) If WARRANTY OCCURS LABOR IS NOT INCLUDED. For jobs outside of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties, the Company will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by the Company to bring the Company’s labor to the job site or to bring the awning(s) to the Company.

Good experience, small delay
We waited a bit longer than expected for the installation of our hurricane shutters, but the quality made up for it. Made our Florida room actually usable year-round. Our lanai is now our favorite part of the house.

Can't say enough good things about this team. Our new retractable awning was exactly what we needed for our gazebo area. Perfect for entertaining — our guests love the covered outdoor area. They were respectful of our property and did excellent work.

Almost perfect experience
So close to five stars. The patio cover is beautiful and our Florida room is transformed. The project was delayed two weeks due to a material backorder. That minor issue aside, an excellent company. Great for those afternoon thunderstorms — we can stay outside and enjoy the rain.
