Would have liked better communication
The fixed awning itself is solid. Our issue was with the scheduling process was confusing and we weren't always sure when to expect them. Once it was installed, we were satisfied. The afternoon sun used to bake our back patio. Now it stays comfortable all day.

Really happy with the final product
The lanai enclosure on our covered walkway looks terrific. Had to call twice to confirm the installation date, but they showed up on time. But once the crew arrived, the work was excellent. Makes hurricane season less stressful knowing we have quality protection.
