Would recommend with a small caveat
The finished retractable awning exceeded our expectations in quality. Had to call back once for a minor adjustment, which they handled quickly. Still, we're very happy with the end result and would recommend them. We spend twice as much time outdoors now. It really extended our living space.

Based on their reputation, we expected a smoother process for our retractable awning. we were told two days and it ended up being four. The product is functional and looks alright. No more sunscreen just to sit in our own yard!
