Our exclusive Buzzman Retractable Awning frame is backed by a LIMITED LIFETIME DEFECT WARRANTY to the original owner. The Tempotest/Sunbrella Marine Grade Fabrics carry a 10-year manufacturer prorated warranty, guaranteed against excessive fading or penetrating mildew. The Somfy motor, remote control and wireless wind sensor have a 5-year warranty from the Somfy Corporation starting from the date of manufacture. Please note, Labor costs are not included in the warranty.

Good job with room for improvement
The aluminum patio roof is well-built and looks fantastic. Installation date got pushed back a week, but they communicated well. Once they got started, the crew was efficient. Our neighbors keep asking who did the work — it looks that good. Would hire again.

Great product, minor scheduling hiccup
The pool deck awning itself is fantastic and exactly what we wanted. Waited longer than expected for the initial consultation appointment. But the end result is beautiful. Great for those afternoon thunderstorms — we can stay outside and enjoy the rain.

What impressed me most was their communication throughout the process. They kept us informed every step of the way. They had everything done before lunch. The motorized awning is beautiful and works perfectly. Makes hurricane season less stressful knowing we have quality protection.

The lanai enclosure was installed this past summer. Quality seems decent. the project manager changed partway through, which caused some confusion. Overall an average experience. Made our Florida room actually usable year-round.

Top-quality work at a competitive price
Got three quotes and they were right in line, but the quality of their hurricane shutters is clearly a step above. The installation on our front porch was clean and quick. Protected from the sun but still get the beautiful Florida breeze.
